Delivering a diverse range of concrete construction services.
Foundations and Ground Slabs.
All structures start with a solid foundation. Darkstone Construction will manage the excavation, reinforcement steel installation, and pour of all foundations to engineered design. Once the structural foundations have been laid, our team will complete all ground slabs, and vertical elements bearing on these foundations. Our team will install any type of subbase and void forming product, construct all formwork, fix reinforcing steel and structural steel elements, and place and finish concrete.
Vertical Elements.
Building the dense bones of any structure. Darkstone Concstruction will manage the formwork construction, reinforcement steel installation, and pouring of all vertical elements including but not limited to walls, columns, stairs, and planters. Our experienced team understand the importance of correctly vibrating any vertical element to avoid slurry loss while still ensuring that all concrete settles correctly without the presence of gases for structural integrity, and architectural facade.
Suspended Concrete Decks.
Darkstone Construction will place and finish all suspended decks. We pride ourselves on high quality finishes, particular attention paid to FSL and FFL, door thresholds and rebates, hobs and plinths, set downs and falls. Our extensive experience ensure that adequate labour is assigned to each task to avoid any grinding or patching, post finish.
External Pavements and Hardstand Areas.
Similar to structural ground slabs, external pavement and hardstand areas usually differentiate themselves with their unique finish. Honed, Sprayed, Exposed or others finishes, Darkstone Construction will complete all FRP to whichever finish you desire.
Labour Assistance.
If you do not require the delivery of a complete package but are require assistance to maintain your program. Darkstone Construction can provide labour assistance to your team. Our tradespeople are qualified, knowledgable, experienced and skilled in their respective trades. If you require any structural tradespeople we can provide you a team with an organic logistics and administrative platform.
